Sandstone Gate is an attractive development comprising 57 plots, most of which are executive detached dwellings. This project included the following works:

• Bulk earthworks
• Plot foundations to DPC/oversite
• In-situ reinforced concrete floor slabs
• Installation of plot drainage
• Installation of Geo-cellular soakaways to gardens
• Installation of adoptable attenuation tanks
• Foul and surface water underground drainage systems
• Connection into existing drain run within existing carriageway area
• Retaining structures including flag on edge & brickwork
• External works to houses (drives & paths)
• Road construction (tarmac)
