Leawood Grange is a residential development containing 34 plots – most of which are large detached homes. The site is steeply sloped, presenting its own unique set of challenges to overcome. SJS have done so with resounding success, comprehensively displaying our commitment to our quality standard of work, even in testing circumstances.

SJS works on this project include:

• Bulk earthworks
• Reinforced concrete retaining wall; 90m long, 3m tall
• Roads & sewers; including 1200mm diameter concrete pipework
• All plot substructure works
• Both in-situ reinforced concrete and precast concrete b&b floors
• Connections into existing UU drainage systems
